How long does shipping take for complete skateboards?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Orders placed before 12 PM PST are processed the same day.

Do you offer professional assembly for skateboards and longboards?

Yes, we offer an optional assembly service where our pro shop team will grip, bolt, and tune your setup so it is ready to ride right out of the box.

What is your return policy on used gear?

We accept returns on unused and unridden gear within 30 days of purchase. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on boards that have been skated or show any signs of wear.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely. Stoked Ride Shop ships to over 50 countries. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

How do I know which truck size fits my deck?

We provide a comprehensive sizing chart on every product page. Generally, you want your truck axle width to match the width of your skateboard deck for maximum stability.
