Kegels have a MASSIVE ventilated core which virtually teleports you to the bottom of the run. These things roll over everything you can think of. Push once and you'll end up at the other side of town. Just watch the darn video, make it easy on yourself.
For your comfort, these things are friggin' giant and will roll over everything and anything you see. Stop being scared of those potholes on your street and take them head on (if they can swallow a car, DON'T DO IT, these will not help you in that scenario).
